At last! I can't believe it took us nine days to get here but it has been a most pleasant and unhurried time. It's been a mixture of sun, rain and snow but not difficult driving.The condo is comfortable and it's nice to have a heater that heats all the rooms. This is a view from our back porch.
It will be nice to settle in for a few days.

Sounds like you're having a wonderful and relaxing time. Guess I'll have to take a leisurely jaunt to Northern Calif. and see something besides SD, IA, NE and MN since I've got lots of free time.
Your Dad seems to be getting along OK. He called this morning (Sun.) at 7 AM(the boys and I were up) to tell me that Alba would take him to Costco on Tues. so he could be out of the house while his cleaning lady is there. He couldn't call me on my home phone so must have had the operator dial it again. Gave him my cell but ??? We'll have to talk when you return.
All is well here. Will leave on Tues. and return the same day you do. Can't wait to play with Claire.
